Sie sind zwei sich erg\u00e4nzende Energien.<\/p><p><strong>Yin<\/strong> stellt dabei die weibliche Energie dar, <strong>sanft, ruhig und weich<\/strong>. <strong>Yang <\/strong>ist im Gegensatz dazu die m\u00e4nnliche Energie, <strong>kraftvoll und dynamisch<\/strong>. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die <strong>K\u00f6rperhaltungen<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt. Beim Asana Teil bewegst du dich im Gegensatz zu anderen Yogaklassen sehr langsam und gehst in eine tiefe Dehnung. Der Gro\u00dfteil aller Asanas im Yin Yoga sind dabei im <strong>Liegen oder Sitzen<\/strong>. Die Stunde wird abschlie\u00dfend mit einer Endentspannung (Shavasana) beendet.<\/p><p>Wichtig bei jeder Yogastunde ist, dass Du Dich niemals mit anderen vergleichst.
